D&DMarin's Online Store - Refund and Returns Policy Introduction

Welcome to D&DMarin's Online Store, where your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, circumstances may arise that require a return or refund. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience for our valued customers, we have outlined our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Our Commitment

At D&DMarin, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our goal is to make your online shopping experience enjoyable and worry-free. We offer refunds if you meet the following:

(1) Items must be sent in the same condition and packaging as you receive using our return label that is provided by our customer service representatives.

(2) Email us at DandD.Marins@gmail.com (Name, Order Number, and any information about why you are requesting a refund).

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund and it may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.  

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product, let us know and we'll do our best to make it right. You can send an email to DandD.Marins@gmail.com.



Replacements

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a replacement to you.  You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label (return label is generated by our customer service representatives via email/chat/sms/phone). You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it.  You will be provided a tracking number and this is what we use to determine if an order has been lost in transit or delivered.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranties

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.  

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation







Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

At D&DMarin's online store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, there are certain exceptions to our refund and return policy. Please review the following information regarding non-returnable items and specific conditions for returns:

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom Products: Including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous Materials: Including flammable liquids or gasses.
  • Health and Wellness items
  • Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions or concerns about the return eligibility of your specific item.

    Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale.
  • Gift Cards: Returns or refunds are not applicable for gift card purchases.
  • Conditions for Returns

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items if customers enter an incorrect shipping address during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
  • Worn or Washed Items: We do not replace items that have been worn or washed. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.



  • Returned to Sender

    If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you.  You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.  If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance.  There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.  

    Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier.  Sometimes they end up lost in transit.  In any case in which we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item. 

    If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge.  If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee. 


    Order Cancellation

    All of our products are printed on demand, especially for each customer at the time that they order.  Because of this, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.  Orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments cannot be canceled or modified at all. 


    Clearance Items

    Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded.  They may not include original packaging.  We make no guarantees about the condition of these items. 


    How to Initiate a Return

    If you believe your situation falls within the accepted return criteria, please follow our standard return process outlined on our website. Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging and include all relevant documentation.

    At D&D Marin’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

    Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging.

    All online order returns, refunds and exchanges must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via DandD@gmail.com.



    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

    • To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at DandD@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item and reason for return/refund. 
    • As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
    • If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund, our team will be sending you a return label to your email address. 
    • Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop off at a UPS facility. You need to use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.
    • You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we can do one of the following options:
      • We can refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.
      • We can send a replacement of the order and have it ready with the next 72 hours
